I have always loved halloween because it kicks off the holiday season and gets everyone excited for the festivities to follow. This year I planned on staying in and watching a spooky movie in my favorite halloween socks and a pumpkin spice latte in hand. However, after a little persuasion from my friends I decided that I couldn't miss out on the opportunity to dress up. When It comes to costumes I am not a fan of the store bought package look. It takes the fun out of it and I love being able to put my own personal touches on whoever I am dressing as. I managed to pull together a Minnie Mouse outfit, which I wore to a party on Halloween night and an Indian Costume, which I wore to a party last night. (I guess we just weren't ready to say goodbye to Halloween!) This Halloweek turned out to be one of the best yet but now that it is November I have turkey on my mind and can't wait to get home to see my family and friends!
