My love for sweater season has resulted in finding ways to incorporate chunky comfy knits into as many looks as I can. The sweater and mini combination is one of my all time favorites. It is an outfit that can be carried from day to night and worn for so many different occasions. Pairing more neutral colors like grey and black is a great way to wear this style to work. You can also add black nylons and pumps to dress it up. For a more casual and comfy look, wear a neutral knit and pick a skirt with a pop of color, like this red J.Crew mini. Wear this look with boots and knee high socks to stay warm. Although all of these looks can be carried from day to night you can add a little wow to this combination by pairing your favorite sequin skirt with a cozy sweater. Accessorize with a statement necklace to carry each look into the evening.
